Ristorante Nino

The entrance to Ristorante Nino.

Via Borgognona, 11, 00187 Roma RM, Italy

This is an old historic restaurant perfect for taking a newcomer to Roman life, though Nino’s cuisine is more Tuscan than Roman. The waiters seem like they’re out of a scene from a movie, but they actually know their job very well and have that efficient ease in service and conversation that ensures an experience of pure enjoyment. If you look closely among the tables, you will surely spot a star from the cinema or entertainment world, also because it’s located just steps away from Maison Valentino. The place has a somewhat old-fashioned style that I personally enjoy, located in the beautiful and more discreet Via Borgognona, and it’s a perfect place to take a break during a day of shopping in the streets of the city center. You’ll leave feeling satisfied and smiling. —Daria Reina
