Gordon Ramsay’s eponymous flagship restaurant in Chelsea has held three Michelin stars for the past quarter century. He has five more stars peppered across his constellation of restaurants, spanning from Bordeaux to Las Vegas, and has earned 17 in total over his career, two of which he picked up while cutting his teeth at London’s Aubergine in the early 90s. So it’s no surprise that the star-spangled British chef is now the executive producer of the new Apple TV docuseries Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars, which follows world-class chefs as they cook under heat for recognition. Not a stranger to television (think Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, and 23 other shows), Ramsay caps this week’s season finale with the key ingredients to the good life. —Carolina de Armas
