Ryan Calais Cameron is among the London theater scene’s hottest young talents. An alumnus of a Royal Court Writers’ Group, he is a co-founder and the artistic director of Nouveau Riche, a creative movement that makes art of various forms, and he also writes for film and television. His Olivier Award–nominated play, For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When the Hue Gets Too Heavy, sold out at the Royal Court Theatre and the Apollo Theatre, but from February 29 through May 4, it will return to the Garrick Theatre in the West End. Herewith, he shares his key components to the good life. —Ashley Baker
