A Saturday jaunt to the Westerlind boutique in Millerton, New York—it’s a thing—reminded us that a wardrobe of house shoes is never complete. The expertly curated store has a lovely assortment of slippers from Shepherd of Sweden, which uses the finest sheepskin and wool to craft the smartest, warmest little booties on the East Coast. They hug the foot nicely, retaining warmth, but are eminently breathable, so that they can be worn all day. Our only regret is having not discovered them sooner.
