When Colby Mugrabi, the founder of the digital-art and fashion Web site Minnie Muse (and an editor-at-large for AIR MAIL), made her maiden voyage to Madrid last summer, she marveled at the city’s storied culture, inventive food scene, and friendly locals. “Seeing Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights up close and personal for the first time was complete magic,” she recalls.
