First of all, there actually is a bar in front of the bar. It’s just hidden, and it’s a speakeasy called Rumble in the Jungle. We at AIR MAIL favor sitting outdoors, and this street-side cocktail bar, opened by friends Alexandros Tselepis, Konstantinos Theodorakopoulos, and Simeon Papanikolaou, is a great place to do so. The design is quirky, the cocktails are strong, and because of the bar’s zero-waste policy, the menu changes every day based on what’s available.
