If you’re traveling in Italy and at a loss for where to have a great meal, all you have to do is tune in to Danny Meyer’s Instagram (the man behind Shake Shack and the Union Square Hospitality Group), who, every so often, will post a picture of a dish alongside a short restaurant review. One of his recent posts featured spaghetti alle vongole from Osteria der Belli, an unassuming fish restaurant in Piazza di Sant’Apollonia in Trastevere. It’s worth the journey.
