Straker first found fame on TikTok—during the pandemic, he was working as a private chef on a billionaire’s yacht and began posting cooking videos. Now, he has millions of followers, and a restaurant that lives up to the hype. With just under 40 seats, Straker’s is one of London’s most coveted reservations, but it’s worth constantly refreshing Resy to experience his locally-sourced vegetables, expertly grilled fish, and good lord, those donuts. —Ashley Baker
