In this small, white-painted bistro a few minutes’ walk away from the Benaki Museum, Sotiris Kontizas spins out fusion dishes inspired by his Greek-Japanese heritage. He might serve soba noodles with octopus, or cod burgers with avocado sauce. There’s a quaint pastry shop next door called Sweet Nolan which you can stop into for dessert afterwards. Don’t try coming here during the summer months, though. The team shutters the Athens location and opens in Mykonos until September. —Elena Clavarino
