This is one of our favorite London haunts. The menu changes every day, and if a counter seat is available, grab it. It’s the best show in town, with intricate choreography and spicy quips. Very entertaining—and you can eat. What’s better than that? I’ve never had a disappointing meal there. Start with the zucchini flowers stuffed with mozzarella and anchovy, or the olives stuffed with minced pork and veal. The pastas and risotti are exceptional. The dry-aged rare-breed beef sirloin melts in your mouth. I won’t go on. Just go. —Victor Garber
