Though there are many worthy places to try, the winner is undoubtedly Atomix, JP and Ellia Park’s restaurant nestled in a townhouse on 30th Street and Park Avenue. Inside, diners are served a 12-course meal—including delectables like sweet shrimp, freshwater eel, and caviar—all served atop a granite wrap-around counter.
