It was 2013 when the widely-collected painter William Quigley, born in Philadelphia in 1961, decided to relocate from downtown Manhattan to East Hampton, where he could paint by the sea. Though he’d chosen the great outdoors, he still wanted to engage with the local community, so that same year he organized a celebrity portrait auction in town, which created quite the buzz (one painting was purchased by Donald Trump, for $60,000). Now Quigley has teamed up with Gabriela Pires Beachwear for a fashion show. Along with two-pieces and beach dresses, Quigley’s Skrapper Surfboards, shirts, and paintings will also be on view. Past participants included Paris Hilton, Adriana Lima, and Vanessa Simons. The show starts at seven P.M. sharp. —Elena Clavarino
