Tucked away in Los Angeles’s Little Tokyo lies an omakase experience worthy of any sushi connoisseur. Since its opening a few years ago, Sushi Kaneyoshi has attracted a great deal of positive attention not only from foodies but also reputable critics, and attaining a reservation is no walk in the park. If you’re able to snag a Kaneyoshi seat, expect around 20 courses of the finest sushi the city has to offer. A night at Sushi Kaneyoshi doesn’t come cheaply—but rest assured that, if taken up, a dinner at this Michelin-starred spot won’t easily be forgotten. —Jack Sullivan
