Though Raul Ortega’s food truck serves tostadas and tacos for all palates, an uninitiated patron should go straight for the tacos dorados de camarones. The corn tortillas with chopped shrimp are cooked to perfection, and topped with sliced avocados and perfect salsas. The truck has been parked on Olympic Boulevard, in the heart of one of the city’s most historic Mexican-American communities, for years.
