Like her art, Penny Goring is tough and honest. Born in 1962, this British artist has created relentlessly for over 30 years, despite a stubbornly meager cash flow. Working with ballpoint pens, fabric, food dye, and the free computer program Microsoft Paint, Goring pulls her experiences with violence, loss, and trauma into her art.
