When she was still in college, Annie Leibovitz showed her photos to Rolling Stone magazine. The publication itself was but three years old. It would be the beginning of her journey from student photographer to admired master. This showcase in Monaco, a first, celebrates her recent induction into the distinguished Académie des Beaux-Arts. —Henry McGrath
