Handcrafted in small batches, they strike a perfect balance of crisp shell, creamy filling, and silken chocolate. A fleeting collection that’s as ephemeral as it is exquisite—once they’re gone, they may not return.

- Citron (two pieces): lemon macaron, forty-five percent cacao deep milk chocolate, sugar pearls
- Framboise (two pieces): raspberry macaron, forty-five percent cacao deep milk chocolate, cold-dried raspberry
- Pistache (two pieces): pistachio macaron, sixty-two percent cacao dark chocolate, crushed pistachio
- Vanille (two pieces): vanilla macaron, forty-five percent cacao deep milk chocolate, bee pollen
