For nearly a decade, Bellocq Tea Atelier has sourced and blended some of the finest whole-leaf teas and botanicals on the market.

Serving size: 1 tablespoon of tea per 8 ounces of water

Ingredients: organic Indian, Chinese, and Ceylon black tea

Brewing Instructions: Boil fresh, cold spring water at 195°F. Once boiling, remove water from heat. Set water aside for one minute and then proceed to brew tea for 4-6 minutes. Good for 2 infusions.
