Created by Rafael Prieto, Casa Bosques explores the history, methods, origins, and culture of chocolate. Featuring the rare, organic, and fair trade white cacao bean, this artisanal, handmade chocolate is primarily sourced from a smallholder ranch in Chiapas, the southernmost region of Mexico.
