Serving size: 1-2 tablespoons of tea per 8 ounces of water

Brewing Instructions: Boil fresh, cold spring water at 195°F. Once boiling, remove water from heat. Set water aside for one minute and then proceed to brew tea for 5-10 minutes. Good for 2 infusion.
