At first glance, Albert Oehlen, Adam Pendleton, Pope.L, and Amy Sillman have little in common. Oehlen questions methods of painting. Pendleton plays with words and letters. Pope.L is a master of theatrical intervention. Sillman distorts precepts of drawing. But all are radical and treat their work as a space in which process is paramount and flux ongoing.
