Napoleon Bonaparte—also known as the Corsican or the Little Corporal—was arguably France’s most prodigious leader. In an exhibition that marks the 200th anniversary of his death, Napoleon’s life is retraced through 150 objects. Furniture, porcelain, silver, and personal ephemera take viewers from his years at the Military School in Brienne to his campaigns in Italy and Egypt, and from his coronation to his eventual exile. —E.C.
