Chef Geoffrey Zakarian has partnered with the 5th-generation Liokareas Family to build three versatile blends and source Greek Sea Salt. Each recipe was developed with thought given to several types of dishes from salads to poultry, vegetables, and steak. Cultivated in Southern Greece, these spice blends and sea salt provide all the flavor you need to create perfectly seasoned dishes.
Geoffrey Zakarian collaborated with Liokareas, a family owned - 5th generation olive oil cultivar located in Lagada, Mani in the Kalamata region of Greece to make ultra-premium limited-edition cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The collection is rounded out with vinegars and dynamic seasonings. Our award-winning EVOO is served in Geoffrey’s restaurants.

Greek Salad Salt
- This blend was created for the perfect greek salad, but don’t be afraid to include it with meats and veggies—or even in your Zakarian Olive Oil for a great dipping experience. Zakarian blends sea salt, oregano, thyme and basil along with lemon peel and Garlic for this easy to use and delicious spice blend
Meat Blend
- Zakarian’s seasoning is blended for beef or pork with a perfect combination of thyme, basil, onion, sweet chili, and paprika.
Poultry, Fish, Veggie
- A creative combination of rosemary, basil, oregano and parsley blended with a touch of garlic, celery and coriander for a new go-to staple in your kitchen.
Greek Sea Salt
- Zakarian’s 100 percent natural sea salt retains more nutrients to give a more vivid white color and purer salt flavor
