This collection features five exquisitely crafted chocolate parfums, each delicately infused with the rich, complex notes of The Dalmore’s single malt expressions, along with five truffles crafted to pair with each Dalmore whisky. Designed to elevate and enhance the whisky’s distinct aromas, these truffles invite you to savor—raw honey ganache, candied orange peel, early-harvest Mediterranean olive oil, spiced ginger crumb, morello cherry, and vanilla bean coffee burnt sugar caramel.

A How-to Guide: Bathing Chocolate
Now prepare to sip the whisky and dip the chocolate. Pierce your chocolate with your favorite cocktail stick. Submerge in the glass or rest atop the rim.
1. Lift the glass to your lips and take a small taste
2. Don’t drink it though, hold in your mouth, roll it gently from side to side
3. Now swallow. Feel how the liquid trickles down your throat
4. Follow its journey as it goes down your throat and stomach
5. Now wait. Open your mouth a little and let the air pass over your palate
6. Be aware of how the flavors continue to evolve - and of how long the after taste lingers
7. Now this time, taste the chocolate

Each Vosges Haut-Chocolat collection is packed fresh on your day of shipment. Truffle collections are shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit, and are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. A How to Care card is included in each shipment, featuring details on the collection and tips for enjoying your haut-chocolat. Please rest assured that once thawed, chocolates will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer.
