This 2.2 lb chocolate slab is chocolate at its most luxe. Vosges’ proprietary 85 percent cacao dark chocolate is crafted using Baba de Cacao, the sweet pulp that suspends the cacao beans. The pulp is freeze-dried, imbuing the bar with delicate, sweet, and tropical parfums of lychee and flowers. The final touch is gilding the back of each slab in 24K gold leaf.
