Editor’s Notes:
These pencils are made with recycled newspaper hand-rolled around a graphite lead. As you sharpen the pencil, you’ll see the paper unwind, exposing the newspaper and giving the shavings a marble effect. Once the pencil is too short to use, plant it for a fun gardening project.
