Clark Chung spent more than 10 years as a fashion designer, working for brands including Calvin Klein and J. Crew, before opening the November 19 Shop in 2016. Now located on New York City’s Lower East Side, the store specializes in unique housewares, ceramics, jewelry, vintage fashion, and objects sourced from small-batch artisans from Japan and around the world. Nothing in the store—including the knit socks, sweaters, beanies, and home scents from his own line, Mr. Chung—is mass-produced or widely distributed. If you see something you like, act fast.
