The Fondation Beyeler hosts a summer exhibition every year, but for 2024 it’s cooked up something a bit different. Called an “experimental presentation of contemporary art,” works by everyone from Michael Armitage to Precious Okoyomon to Philippe Parreno will be dispersed between the galleries and the surrounding park. The exhibition’s title is “Home of the Stranger,” and it’s meant to evoke the complex and emotionally charged experience of bringing diverse artists together. —Elena Clavarino
