OVR:20c is the second of two Online Viewing Rooms that Art Basel has launched this fall, replacements for its usual in-person art fair. Where the first iteration saw works created over the course of 2020, OVR:20c is broader in scope, focusing on 20th-century art. There are 100 exhibiting galleries—including art world titans—and for those who fear the experience will suffer from limited digital engagement, Art Basel engineers have created a live-chat feature that allows direct communication between visitors and galleries. —E.C.
