The limited-edition truffle box contains 16 Rooster truffles featuring its star ingredient, Emilio Mauri’s Taleggio cheese from the Lombardy region of Italy. This creamy brine-washed cow’s milk cheese pairs beautifully with our proprietary 62 percent cacao dark chocolate, organic walnuts, and Tahitian vanilla bean for a bite that is both sweet and savory.

A cult favorite made with Emilio Mauri’s Taleggio, a cave-aged cow’s milk cheese from Pasturo in the Lombardi region of Italy, this unctuous cheese is combined with organic walnuts and Tahitian vanilla beans draped in 62% cacao dark chocolate. The combination of cheese and chocolate may seem acerbic and perplexing, but in one bite, you will see its valor.
To begin, close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths.
1. Start from the top
Bite into the crowning tip of the chocolate. Hold the chocolate on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth. Feel it melt bittersweetly around your tongue. Begin to eat and you will introduce your senses to the Taleggio cheese and a nuance of vanilla.

Each Vosges Haut-Chocolat collection is packed fresh on your day of shipment. Truffle collections are shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit, and are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. A How to Care Card and enjoy your haut-chocolat at peak perfection is included in each shipment with details on your collection. Please rest assured that once thawed, chocolates will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer.
Vosges’ most delicate of collections, this haut-chocolat must be consumed within 10 days of shipment. Please reference the expiration date card that arrives with your package.
