- For a bath, massage the oil directly into skin and allow it to soak in for a few minutes
- Step into a warm bath, where the oil emulsifies on contact with water, infusing the air with scent and leaving skin nourished and hydrated
- For a shower, apply to skin before stepping into the shower
- In the shower, steam will open the pores—just as practiced in ancient Ayurvedic cures and Roman bath rituals—promoting deep absorption of nutrients for enhanced wellbeing
