Mark Cross
Grace 21 in Army
Editor’s Notes:
The Grace 21 is Mark Cross’s calling card of quiet glamour. Handcrafted in Italy from supple calf leather in a deep Army green, its boxy silhouette nods to mid-century refinement while an interior zip pocket keeps the modern pace. Equal parts heritage and forward motion, it’s the bag that proves elegance is always en vogue. Consider it an heirloom in the making, designed to age with grace. A companion piece for every season, from gallery openings to long weekends away.
Mark Cross was established in Boston in 1845 by Henry W. Cross to create the finest leather goods for the horse and buggy rider, expanding to include luggage and accessories by 1934. The brand was re-established in 2011 and now produces pieces in the same Italian ateliers as the celebrated originals. The current collections are inspired by the extensive Mark Cross archives, a dedication to fine craftsmanship and excellent leathers, devoid of excess hardware and logos.
