Linhart Professional Whitening Syringes Instructions: This gel can be used with or without a whitening light and any type of tray. Apply 0.5 mL of gel from a syringe directly on the front teeth. If you have a clear or custom tray and whitening light, apply onto the upper and lower inner areas of the clear tray attached to the whitening light. Position tray inside mouth and remove any excess gel from the gums with a tissues or cotton swab. Be sure to avoid eating, drinking and smoking for at least one hour after treatment.
