Organic matcha gokoro: premium, certified organic gyokuro green tea leaves meticulously stone-ground to perfection. Plants go through a double shading process before harvest and then are steamed to prevent oxidation. Next, they are hand-rolled to break down the cell walls. Finally, the stems, buds, and leaves are sorted and filtered to powderize the tea leaves into matcha using a traditional Japanese stone mill.
Chasen matcha whisk: each whisk starts from one piece of bamboo and is hand-carved into 100 fine bristles by Chafinity’s master artisans. Before whisking, the chasen acts as a bamboo “brush”, blending in all of the loose powder remaining on the sides of the bowl. Creating an “M” motion, the chasen is then used to further break down the Matcha powder. Made in Japan from 100 percent bamboo.
