Caroline N. Koç is a member of one of Turkey’s wealthiest families, likened to the Vanderbilts and Rockefellers. Her late husband, Mustafa V. Koç, was chairman of Koç Holding, an industrial conglomerate spanning energy, finance, automotive, consumer goods, and hospitality. Based in Istanbul and originally from Izmir, Caroline was born into a Levantine textile family.
