Think of Debussy’s Cathédrale engloutie. Now think of a gamelan sounding beneath the sea, and you might have some notion of what Tomoko Sauvage does with tuned porcelain water bowls, hydrophones, and electronics. She’ll do it to baptize the exhibit “Power Cage,” in which installations by 15 artists—Sauvage among them—celebrate the invention of the aquarium in 1832 by pioneering marine biologist Jeanne Villepreux-Power. —E.E.
