Av. Pierre Loti, 75007 Paris, France

Le Grand Palais Éphémère—the “short-lived” Grand Palais—was completed this year, built by Jean-Michel Wilmotte on the Champ de Mars, with views of the fabled Eiffel Tower. The grand structure plays host to Paris Photo, the city’s most exciting photography fair, now in its 24th edition. Galleries numbering 127, from 28 countries, comprise the fair’s main section. Highlights include the “Curiosa” section, which is dedicated to emerging artists, Olivier Culmann’s work for Pernod Ricard, and solo shows of work by Deborah Turbeville, Cy Twombly, and Alexey Titarenko. Buy your tickets before they sell out! —E.C.
