The furry, stuffed, soft creations of the Australian artist Kathy Temin toe the line between craft and fine art. They also raise interesting questions about taste—but that’s part of the point. For her exhibition at Anna Schwartz Gallery, Temin has created synthetic plush hanging sculptures in a range of sizes, unified by color: dusty pink. She marries craft activities from the 1970s with a modern monochromatic aesthetic. —Clara Molot
