Think of Aurora’s 100 years of dreaming in The Sleeping Beauty. In 2014, Katie Paterson began creating her own sort of fairy tale in a forest. From 2014 to 2114, a writer per year will be asked to write a book. None of these 100 books will be read until 2114, when they will be published and bound together in a special anthology. While the manuscripts wait in trust at a Public Library in Oslo, engineers will be nuturing a forest that was planted in Norway to sustainably publish these dreams. —E.C.
