The American glass artist Dale Chihuly once said, “I want people to be overwhelmed with light and color in a way they have never experienced.” Famous for his sculptures in glass—monumental and electric with color—Chihuly brings 25 large-scale installations to Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, where his giant sunbursts and blossoms set the landscape sparkling. Eighty pedestal sculptures and two-dimensional works are also part of this exhibition. —E.C.
