In-person art fairs are back. This Labor Day weekend, at the Southampton Art Center’s sprawling 20,000-square-foot facility, work from 50 international art galleries are on display. Fair festivities include two panels, one for the aspiring collector (Friday’s “A Passion for Possession: Collectors on Collecting) and one for veteran collectors (Sunday’s “A Passion for Art Philanthropy: Donors on Donating”). To peruse the booths and visit the Louise Bourgeois sculptures hanging in the gardens, buy tickets online. But be warned: this work lists at five-figures and up. —J.D.
