Wonderland / Drawing the Line

Apr 9, 2020 – Sept 20, 2021
Eton Ave, London NW3 3EU, UK

With a program that changes every week, Hampstead Theatre and The Guardian are offering a series of live recordings of engaging and acclaimed productions to enjoy from one’s sofa. Up until April 12 is Beth Steel’s Wonderland—a sprawling drama about the 1980s miner’s strike, directed by the Hampstead Theatre’s previous artistic director, Edward Hall, in 2014. Next, April 13 to 19, is Howard Brenton’s Drawing the Line (2013), a moving and provocative historical drama about the 1947 partitioning of India. —B.A.
