Founded in 1975, the Hal Bromm Gallery was Tribeca’s first space for contemporary art, a place that pushed the envelope by championing young and still unsung artists. This summer, the gallery presents “The Queer Show Part II,” a continuation of its exhibition series featuring queer artists who subvert the tools of cultural erasure. The artists focus not only on reclaiming the past, but on reimagining a queer future within our current political climate. Among those included in the show are Rajab Ali Sayed, Chris Cortez, Nan Goldin, Glenn Ligon, Eric Rhein, Richard Taddei, and David Wojnarowicz. —Hannah Gross
