The Brooklyn-based curator Anthony Cudahy brings 10 American artists to Paris. This group comes from a wide range of backgrounds and more than one generation. Cudahy asked each artist to dive into his or her psyche and retrieve an intensely personal image. “The mind is a maze full of recently-abandoned rooms that resist exit,” says Cudahy, explaining the exhibition’s title. “I think of a bored minotaur, alone in his labyrinth, daydreaming.” That’s 10 different labyrinths in which to wander. —Clara Molot
