Sirous Namazi: Transitions

Jan 25 – Mar 7, 2020
Lindenstraße 34, 10969 Berlin, Germany

Conceptual artist and minimalist Sirous Namazi assembles small discarded items representative of the tech world, colors them in solid blocks, and then organizes them in meticulous detail. What do they represent? The Iranian-born artist is making statements about human consumption, the rise of intercultural communication, and the atmosphere of alienation that pervasive technology has brought into the world. —E.C.
