Just a few years ago, two Miami millennials started what would become the world’s biggest hip-hop festival. Today, Rolling Loud will be the first outdoor event of its kind in Hong Kong. After a successful “pre-roll” (a smaller trial run) in Japan last year, Rolling Loud organizers have decided to take this party across the Pacific to the West Kowloon Art Park. Headliners Migos and Wiz Khalifa will take the stage. —E.C.
