For the third edition of its online “Platform” series, the gallery has selected 13 artists representative of the Los Angeles art community. Looking through this virtual gallery, you’ll see similarities between these contemporary storytellers, differences, and how each has influenced the others. “When we think of ourselves as conglomerates (biologically, socially, globally),” says the multimedia artist Candice Lin, one of the exhibitors, “we gain an understanding of how our actions do not take place in a vacuum.” It’s a core message of the show. —E.C.
