Louise Nevelson’s monochromatic wooden sculptures have enjoyed a renaissance in recent years, long after her death in 1988. Pace Gallery, however, Nevelson’s biggest champion in the art world, has been continuous in its support since her first solo show there in 1961. To celebrate the 62-year partnership, Pace presents a major survey of Nevelson’s art, curated by her dear friend and the gallery’s founder, Arne Glimcher. Nevelson’s Cubist-influenced sculptures receive the royal treatment in this admiring examination of her career. —Lucy Horowitz
