Sung in Tamil and English, Ganavya’s version of “Summertime,” from her gently resplendent debut album Aikyam: Onnu, evokes a season in which South Carolina and South India are separated by no more than a shimmering haze. Here she joins Carnatic drummer Rajna Swaminathan and ascendant bassist Linda May Han Oh. Other highlights of Oh’s residency at the Stone’s new “Glass Box” location include sets with trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire (February 18) and Portuguese singer Sara Serpa (February 21). —E.E.
