As most cities dip their toes in plans for reopening their festivals, Miami splashily launches a new one. Bayfront Park’s amphitheater (now ringed like Saturn with a solar array) will offer 1,500 of its 7,500 seats for socially distanced shows featuring Chucho Valdés, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Mark Guiliana, Roy Ayers, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, and Aymée Nuviola.
